Chi Gong
Chi Gong is a word and practice which embraces the most fundamental aspects of anyone who is engaged in the process of living. Chi Gong literally means “breath work”, but the ancient Chinese equated breath to mean “life” as well as “spirit”. Anyone who is alive is already participating in breath, life and spirit. Peter Moon has been a student, practitioner and teacher of Chi Gong 17 years and will address people’s issues with mind, body, spirit and emotions. These include physical movements, meditation in movement and the art of stillness. You are invited to bring your issues that you would like to be healed.
