The Raspberry Pi is a tiny and affordable computer that you can use to learn programming through fun, practical projects.  In this workshop you will learn basic coding, develop a program, and dive into the unlimited possibilities of this versatile device.

You will learn how set up a Raspberry Pi, and to use it to control a variety of devices.  You will also learn about the GPIO pins, how they work, and how to use them to control devices.

The workshop will also cover more advanced topics such as programming on the Raspberry Pi and creating a basic project.  At the end of the workshop, you will have a fully functioning Raspberry Pi and the skills to create projects with it.
