Join us for Qigong and Yoga on the Island this year. Qigong is a powerful type of health exercise, based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements, specifically designed to benefit health on many different levels. Yoga has evolved with a focus on movement connected with breath. Both can  help boost physical and mental well-being.
