Prof. Dr. Celal Abdi Güzer received his Bachelor’s degree from Middle East Technical University in 1982. He completed his master’s and doctoral studies at the same university and pursued doctoral work on architectural criticism at Newcastle Upon Tyne University in England, where he also taught courses.
