Chi Gong

Cu radacini adanci in medicina, filozofia si artele martiale chinezesti, qigong (sau chi gong) este in mod traditional vazuta drept o modalitate de a cultiva balansul qi-ului (chi-ului), supranumita „energia vietii”. Alaturati-va acestui seminar pentru a va creste nivelul de energie si a imbuntati sanatatea mintii si a trupului. Acest workshop se adreseaza tuturor varstelor si experientelor.

Practioner of the ancient art of Chi Gong (which means „breath work”) join in daily training sessions. Qigong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement and building awareness of how the body moves through space.
